I will refer to all children by initials only, with no schools or identifying details. I will not share case numbers, addresses, phone numbers, or emails of anyone. I will not reference or read from sealed or confidential records on air. When describing what court actors did, I will present it as my experience and my report, and I understand the host will clarify this framing on air. I will not state that a named person committed a crime unless there is a filed charge, conviction, or public finding I can cite. I understand the host may redirect, pause, or end the interview at any time to keep the broadcast safe, and I will follow her lead. I understand this show does not provide legal advice, and I will not offer legal advice to viewers.

Can you go live safely.

I can go live from a quiet, private room using a computer or phone with a stable connection, and I can appear on camera.

Lighting check. Yes: sit facing a window so light hits your face. No: sit with the window behind you, which makes your face go dark. — Put light on your face. Face a window, or a lamp with the shade off. Never sit with a bright window behind you.

Sound check. Yes: earbuds or a mic close to your mouth. No: sitting far from the laptop mic in an echoey room. — Use earbuds, a headset, or a mic close to your mouth. Phone speaker only is the last choice.

You understand that once something is said on a live broadcast, viewers may have seen, recorded, or shared it, and that while Stand with Meg can remove its own recordings and clips on request, it cannot un-broadcast the live moment.
Everything you plan to share is true to the best of your knowledge, is your own experience, and does not knowingly violate any court order that applies to you. You, not Stand with Meg or the host, are responsible for what you say live.
You may withdraw before your show date by emailing us, and you may request removal of the saved recording afterward, understanding the limits above.
